Special zombies on different maps?

Is it possible to add dog rounds to buried or Jumping Jacks to Origins or etc? Could the same be done with guns? Such as Paralyzer on Die Rise?

No, you need to port them to said maps which can only be done with modding tools, which BO2 currently does not have.
There are some modding tools that can accomplish what you want but we, the community do not have access to said tools.
