Banned from plutonium after entering campaign mode on BO2

I installed the plutonium luncher yesterday and played on it this morning. After playing in a custom game and trying zombie mode I went ahead and clicked on campaign mode. The game crashes after that, and I can't log in because I was banned for 7 days, only after running the game for less than 15 mins.
Is there a way to remove the banned before the period?
Why I was banned in the first place?
And how can I avoid such issues?I did not use any mode or cheats, I am actually new to the PC world.

Feras115 campaign will crash because we never implemented support for it but it won't get you banned. Using injectors will get you banned.
