problemas con fps bajos

alguien sabe por que tengo los fps bajos ya hice todo lo posible con el manual actualice todo los controladores bajo la resoluci贸n y sigue igual
Por cierto se ve como un filtro azul en el mapa desde que apareci贸 ese filtro se ponen lentos los server
