Dude, just download the plutonium launcher and put it in your
pluto_t6_full_gamefolder, not that hard to use your brain. -
The launcher is no longer included in the torrent to not ship (and downgrade to in the case of a repair) a old version of the launcher. The textual guide clearly mentions that you have to download it yourself.
