I want to have a discord bot log my server. And like join logs. Text chat. Leave logs. Where can i get this 🥺

The only time I saw something that logged players joining and leaving was with NSM from Fed but honestly I don't see how this is useful and I think NSM is outdated or not supported anymore, I'm unable to help you with NSM anyways.
What I would recommend is getting an IW4MAdmin plugin that logs useful events: server status, chat, reports, penalties (warnings, kick, bans etc)
I personally use Zwambro's plugin and it works really nice but Xerxes plugin is also really good, they're mostly the same though
