Custom camos don't seem to load

I tried downloading custom animated camos from here: https://cabconmodding.com/threads/bo2-redacted-animated-camos.3350/

Since the files in there were *.png, I converted them online with this website: https://online-converting.com/image/convert-to-iwi/#

In-game I still have the same camo though.

What did I do wrong?

Worked with this!

For anyone wondering in the future, in case you have *.png textures.

1. Convert the pngs to DDS here: https://online-converting.com/image/convert2dds/ (using A8R8G8B8)
2. Convert the DDS to IWI with the tool linked above.
3. Put them into the folder and they work.
