Can't download plutonium.exe file

i had to reinstall the plutonium launcher due to some issues on my pc, but now that im trying to download it, the download is blocked by my browser saying "a virus has been detected", now im pretty sure plutonium doesnt have any viruses but i have tried to download it on google chrome, microsoft edge and opera gx, and the same issue appears, it may have to do with my antivirus (Kaspersky) since ive seen its known for blocking the launcher itself, pls help

Well, you tried it with 3 different chrome skins, either unblock it in chrome or use a different browser like Firefox.
