Players in my server have no sound

Hello world,
Hosted my first server and ran into zero problems with connectivity or loading. Thank you to all who made it possible for things to be so easy. One issue, the people in my server are unable to hear anything during game play.
We've:
- adjusted game settings on their side
- updated all their drivers
- ensured everyone has the most updated plutonium files
- restarted everything
Curious if anyone is able to help me troubleshoot this!

Are you sure it only happens on your server or is it their game?
What did you do on your server? Did you remove any file or add any etc
