Server not appearing in server list

I created a server 2 days ago and played it with friends for some hours. Fast foward 2 days and here we are it will not appear in the server list and heartbeat is successful. My friends cant see the server either. T6 MP. Any help is appreciated, I didnt change ANYTHING after it started working and we never had issues until today.

i followed this video to a T and it workled last night but when i woke up and tried to play again the server says successful and when i type status it shows its live but doesnt appear in the list for me OR my friends. https://youtu.be/5M7hz-ZnTiQ

Your local IP might have changed. Double check the port forward rule. Could also be a firewall
