This is not me asking for BO3, as I know they have said no many times to many people. I am instead just wondering the exact reason as to why they can supply the prior mentioned games but not BO3.

bo3 is not being added people are saying that for click bait reasons. We have zero plans to even do a bo3 client there is one being in the works by the creator of xlabs https://boiii.re but it is in private testing, and you have to sponsor him to join it.

Also the quality of information contained in these videos is very low.

The Project is open source so if you know how to use visual studio you can compile a working version without any issues. There is just no public download as its way too soon to support non tech savvy people.

            To answer OP:

BO3 was one of the first games to heavily introduce Micro-Transactions and ATVI still make money from it to this day.

Plutonium does not want to carry the risk of being legally ordered to shut down by taking these too far and affecting ATVI's bottom line.

There are other smaller issues too but this is the big one, alot of the owners of Plutonium have careers that we can't risk losing just so people can play BO3.
