Opening the launcher keeps showing error code and then running in LAN mode

Hey so ive been trying all sorts of solutions for multiple hours (19 hours)
I've been on this forum and there has been no answers that help, I keep saying the same thing "change dns" "use a vpn" I have tried every thing you can do and it still doesn't work.

and when I press "ok" this pops up
: (https://imgur.com/LY3M2qr)I have asked in discord and I have been to 4-5 other discord but it doesn't matter everything stays the same and I have made 0 progression to even seeing any success.
is there any other way I can get this fixed? I have tried downloading other peoples launcher files but it wont work, I disabled my AV and even deleted it. I have changed dns, I have used a vpn, I have used windows settings and system override settings just to allow the launcher and still nothing.
