No puedo entrar en los servidores/I can't get into the servers :(

Entro en el juego bien pero cuando voy a entrar a un servidor pone que esta entrando y no pasa nada, absolutamente nada. Ayuda por favor. muchas gracias

I enter the game fine but when I go to enter a server it says that it is entering and nothing happens, absolutely nothing. Please help. thank you so much
