Launcher not working, compile vertex shader fail : Drawbasic.fx

Hi,
recently I tried to play a Black Ops 1 so I opened the Launcher up. While loading I got an error code, it says "compile vertex shader fail : Drawbasic.fx". If I close the error code and go on starting the game it says again the same error code and this in every game on the launcher.
I already have tried the basic things like re installing the game.
Are there any fixes?

soner_abi do you use asus gpu tweak by any chance? if yes turn off the "OSD" option.
