Failed to check for updates/You're missing critical Plutonium files

guys i need help
i wanted do download plutonium for the first time today, but everytime i try to enter the ,,plutonium.exe'' it only says ,,Not-up-to-date, You're missing critical Plutonium files. Restart updater with internet access to download them.''
i've tried everything in tutorial and from here https://plutonium.pw/docs/update/#updating-the-plutonium-launcher but nothing seems to work, and on the forum NO ONE has found the answer
