NAT Still Moderate after Portforwarding

I always open my NAT on every console etc. so I know all the ports are correct, but somehow it still does not let me open my NAT on bo2. I can not use UPnP on my router.

Hxly i assume you're trying to host a private match for your friends? Did you actually check if this works? Forwarding port 3074 UDP should make it work even if the game says your nat is strict.
