error starting plutonium from my tv remotely

I have an error trying to play plutonium remotely.
I have Windows 10 and direct X12 installed. From my PC I can play and run the game without problems, the impediment is when trying to do it with my TV remotely.
I have a LG Oled TV and I have used the Remote PC app and I can connect to my windows desktop with no problem, the error is only when I run the game.
When trying to run MW3 I get a DirectX error saying it has suffered a fatal error. the game terminal shows this error:
UPnP code error 3
Any ideas? I think it must be something from the configuration of my router or the remote connection, but no matter how much I have searched I don't know what to do!
