Notice: "Server Disconnected"

I recently started hosting a T6 server on my main pc but it keeps crashing and being unstable when me and my friends start playing.
I then started setting up a server using my laptop that is connected via wifi. I did all the server setup steps thoroughly and installed all necessary files that the server is displayed in cmd as running smoothly.
I then tried joining my new server that is hosted on my laptop in hopes of joining but the game loads into a loading screen then freezes for about 3 seconds then it cuts back to the main multiplayer screen saying "Notice: Server Disconnected".
