LAUNCHER CRASHES when I click PLAY on a game

anyone got any ideas how to solve. launcher crashes with no error code and it keeps happening. i have been able to play before but now it is bugging.

List every antivirus and security tool you have installed, even if it's disabled or closed or has exceptions

i only have the windows antivirus/security tools installed, with the plutonium folder as an exception
