I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because I tried reinstalling, from the redist folder I installed all the necessary drivers too and nothing helped.

Anybody have any idea how to fix it?

Looks like a broken Windows install or corrupted system/driver whatever

Try to verify the integrity of your system files:

Open the start menu and search for "cmd"
        Run cmd as admin
Copy and paste (right click) each command below one by one in the cmd and press enter after each command
Only put the next command when the one you ran is finished.

        DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
        DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
        DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
        sfc /scannow

Once it's done restart your PC

Thank you for the advice you wrote [appreciated :)].

These 2 tips I tried, but to no avail.
I think if I had windows normal it would be great, but for hardware specification reasons I have Atlas OS.

Honestly, I have no idea what could be the cause, but let's try to solve, because it's not only in my situation like this.
