Server Works Perfctly but not showed

Hello, My net company tried to open me the ports but they cant. They are using a low cost system where hundred of customers have the same IP.
So I tried a proxy system called Localtonet and now it works perfectly , everyone can join using the IP perfecly but the server is not showed on the list of servers.
So, I am the host, using an "third party" IP, it works, but it is not on the list, only joinable by the command "connect".
Any solution?

I have tried and confirmed this, using this method with virtual machines, and with another pc server I have in another house. It just works, but it doesnt show on the list. Everyone can joining it confirmed.
Is it posible that the proxy's IP is banned on the public list somehow?
the ip for the proxy is 45.156.85.191

How is the outgoing traffic handled?
IMHO you need a VPN set-up instead of a proxy for this to work to use the right IP during the communication with the master.
