21day ban

Hey I wanted to ask if I can do anything about my 21 day ban ban because I don't understand why the anticheat banned me I don't use any cheats through injector and generally none the only thing that happened is that my game crashed because of the error message could not authenticate to plutonium unknown error and that i couldn't access the server in zombies because my game eif closed so i'm hoping to get unbanned or just a 7 day ban

They don't allow unbanned requests or obligated to explain the reason for being banned, but the anticheat usually gets triggered by injection or messing with memory, etc. It doesn't have to be an actual cheat. Just don't use anything that messes with plutonium. For example some people use overlays or graphic enhancers, etc. That can trigger the anti cheat.

Yes, it's a shame, I'd rather take a 7-day ban because by God I don't know what triggered the anticheat, it's a shame that I can't play a bo2 for 20 days now
