Cant reset password

Forgot my password. But every time I attempt to reset it, I never get the email to do so. I even double checked the email by attempting to register for a new account using the same email. It said email taken, But there’s no email, check my junk mail checked it all. Nothing. (Just to clarify, I’m obviously talking about a different account. Not this one) Any support or help resetting my password would be greatly appreciated.

Resxt The account is 5trobe. There is no option to reset password through account name alone, it only asks for email address and says that if the email address is associated with an active account then an email will be sent with instructions to reset password. By the way, I’m on the discord server if it’s easier to discuss this on there
