Renaissance Mod Crashes Game

I put Renaissance mod in the C:\Users\yungsaphire\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5\mods
directory and when I launch my black ops 1 it crashes.Pc specs:
i5 10400F
16gb ram
1660 super -
There's almost no mod support on BO1 Plutonium
