I shot through a wall and the bot banned me?

the stats on my account do not reflect a cheater, im shit. my kd in the game i got banned for, likely shit too. I recently joined this game for the nostalgia, i was shit at first and got better, then i get banned for like 50 days because i didnt notice that the timer went up from the previous times, i thought i was just checking the timer frequently as i am anxious to play, love this game and these servers!

so having had contact with a member of staff on discord, it was the bot that banned me. can anyone review the footage or something? i've served my time man lol, honestly dont know how to cheat, im not even computer savvy, just bought my first gaming pc a while back and the first game i downloaded was this 1 lol. played for a week maybe and im banned.

Please unban a fella, my mistake was wall banging someone when i knew they were there from a gunfight before, i get it can look funny to the bot, but i knew he was there, you know?
