I'm a new to Plutonium and want to make a server but on the server key site it says I need an account at least a week old. It's ok I guess if I need to wait the week but I just really wanted to play on a zombies server and cant find one with low enough ping and the map I want without any mods.. So I guess all I'm asking is, is there any way I can bypass the new account server key wait time?

If you're new to Plutonium, creating a server is literally about impossible. In fact, you have to be an advanced user in order to be able to follow the steps.

That's not true. It entirely depends on the user. If you have basic network knowledge and can reach english you can setup a server there's nothing hard or different, it's just like hosting anything else
