Older Account Not Receiving Reset Password

I am trying to get my old account back—UmmaGammma—and the reset email is not working anymore; my main inbox and my junk email have not received links. I have tried the past three days and no progress.
Can I find a way to reset my password, or do I continue using my new account?

The email provider on that account is blocking our Mails. I will ask Mr. Android to look into your case.
