How do i fix the 'failed to start launcher' error?

hey, i just installed plutonium launcher after performing a clean install but i get this failed to start error, how do i fix it?

either 1 change your dns to something like 1.1.1.1 or use a vpn and or check your router firewall

FragsAreUs Fixed that one but now the main issue is back
