Cant receive reset email due to email provider

Hi I've been trying to reset my password on the website and I was told my email provider is blocking emails from pluto my account is iiQwix. Is there any way a staff member or admin can change my email on the account or reach out please. I have a bo2 tournament I'm competing in and my main account is registered for the tournament. I have reached out to the email provider but they don't know if they can fix it unfortunately.
