Server starts correctly but i cant join to the game (same machine)

the server starts correctly i found it on the api servers (https://plutonium.pw/api/servers) but I can't join to my game, I'm on the same machine where I started the server I want to see if my server appears on the list in-game but i cannot enter my game i don't understand what the guide said when you start the server in the same machine where you started the game it say something about to change the port but I didn't understand it. help!
