White Screen When I Start the Launcher

I seem to have this problem when opening the Plutonium launcher. I never had this problem before until recently.
Yesterday, I tried deleting the config.json and it worked after 30 minutes of waiting (I was able to login and play). The config.json also reappeared in the files.
However, this problem has came up again today when I started up the launcher. I tried to do the exact same thing I did yesterday to no avail - it has almost been 2 hours of me opening and closing the launcher in hopes of it to work. The config.json file is also not reappearing, which I don't know why.
Restarting my computer, turning off my antivirus and turning off my VPN did not work at all.
I attached an image below of the issue and I hope somebody can provide a proper fix for this so that this problem doesn't happen every single time after I turn on my computer after shutting it down.
