Server not appearing in menu

I need some help with the server that I made. The Iw4m admin works and if I do connect local host: (the numbers I choose), I can port in. The main issue is I don't see it display on the menu at all and my friends can't see it either. I've looked on the pins and these forums but could not find a solution to and still nothing. I've checked my port forwarding, the firewall, and the server keys. If anyone can help it would be appreciated and dm if u can on here or via Discord. Angel!#4349.soz for the long paragraph.

Soulsta post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings. Also make sure you created an inbound firewall rule for the port or for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32 directly.
Also, when running game and server on the same pc the server will use port 4977 as the game already occupies 4976, you can double check this by typing "net_port" into the server console.
