Hackers in BO2 How can they get banned?

Hello, I know this is usual but how can I report those players that use Hacks to destroy the experience of others honestly players?
So today I was into a looby with two cheaters, one of him had wallhack and the other had no recoil in their guns.
So my question is does Plutonium have a way to report thos cheaters and get a ban? I know maybe they can come back with new accounts, but there must be a way to me to report them is´n?
So Next time I´m going to record every match I play so I can edit it and show to the moderators any evydence, can this work?

RiosCanary You must create a publication, describing the name of the player LINKING the url of the forum account, also upload a url with the proof video that looks irrefutable, otherwise the administrators will not take it into account.
