Torrent file installation problem

When I follow the tutorial for properly installed plutonium, it says that a torrent file of plutonium must be installed. Well I can't find this file despite all the tutorial videos I've seen. Yet I installed Utorrent, but I can't find the file related to plutonium.

the recent cease and desist letter that are being handed out to other cod clients had sadly forced plutonium to take down their torrent files in hopes that plutonium wont get a letter too, either buy the game or get it by "other means" just be careful what ur downloading.

gunkk ah ok and suddenly that means that today it is almost impossible to install Plutonium for free??
