i played plutonium mp and noticed that many people on servers doesnt have ping.ON EVERY F*KING SERVER!And they behaviour is very weird

Most servers use bots, because they keep players occupied when player count is low and when the server starts to fill up. The bots will be kicked. Most people don't want to join an empty server and wait for others to join. Just use this tool to see the player count for MP. Mostly on the weekend is when it's active.
