Progress not saving

My progress isn't saving for BO2 zombies for plutonium. I got to round 50 and maxed out the bank but when I quit and log back in I lost half my kills and money was gone. I tested it again but on round 5 but yet my progress saves. The issue is on a high round it doesn't save progress but on a low round it does. This is frustrating I would like to find a solution. I have windows 10 could this be an issue since my PC is older?
