Can't make a Black Ops II Zombie server

Hello guys, I want to make a zombie server for playing with my friends. I port forwarded and all of this I followed the tutorial on the forum and all of this BUT when i start the "!start_zm_server.bat" it launched but i don't have the "Heartbeat Successfull" and when I put the command "status" it says "Server is not running". Tell me if you want more screenshot or any information !

If you want to play with friends you can just stick to custom games
If you really want a server then did you place the files in localappdata?

Resxt Hello ! I just reinstalled all the files one to one and it finally works ! and with the custom games I can't join any of my friend i always have the same error , my friends too
