Just found out how to fix, you have to just hit change email in your account settings.

MetalChest Please do not do that and do not tell other people to do it, it's not a fix. It's likely as you changed the email the issue resolved itself and you confused yourself as to what might have fixed it. It has nothing to do with your email address.

FutureRave I didnt actually change my email I just left it the same and hit the button change email. Posted this because it worked for both of my friends as well, so if that doesnt say anything I dont know what would.
