Code error 401. I'm not sure what to do. please help!

So whenever i click setup and play it gives me this error. I'm not sure if there is something to install or what but it says could not authenticate to plutonium. I don't know why or what it means. I just returned to plutonium. If you know how to fix this tell me. thanks and goodbye!

You probably selected your entire drive instead of the game

Resxt No the problem is i don't have the game. and it only lets me setup instead of install.
