Plutonium bootstrapper doesn't download for some reason

When I try start up Plutonium, I get this message.

descobri como resolve o poblema, cara desativa o teu antivirus e baixa o plutonium.exe denovo. Se o seu antivirus for o avast crie uma exceção para a basta do plutonium
I figured out how to solve the problem, man turn off your antivirus and download plutonium.exe again. If your antivirus is avast create an exception for plutonium enough
