Saw a video with multiplayer maps in "night mode."

Can anyone tell me the config / commands used to get that effect? Looks so damn cool but I can't find a scrap of information regarding it. I asked the uploader of the video I saw and he told me to "dM oN tWiTtEr." Plz help

There are certain dvars you can tweak to achieve this effect, I do not know them myself but I recommend checking out the existing night mode mods for zombies since they set these dvars via GSC and they would work on MP as well.
The relevant dvars are on this site http://gmzorz.com/bo2dvars.html with the dvars with the "r_" prefix and dvars with the Leonardo description being relevant to modifying the vision.
