Issue with bo2 plutonium

I have a problem with my Black ops 2 plutonium.

When I start the launcher and press the play button this happen :

The game does not want to start i don't know why because 3 weeks ago I was able to play and now it's impossible.

lifeBeyond Idk, anything that monitors process or Avermedia stuff, overlays, antivirus etc
