cant go 3 seconds without lagging and the game is unplayable
steroidaddict Did you actually take your time before reading what you wrote. Basically 0 information. I can only assume it's because your on Wifi or a low end PC with bad frames. If you gave better information then it'll help a lot to solve your issue. Common sense here mate. If your still clueless then give information what server you tried to join. What are your PC specs, etc. Use your brain or go back to school.

Plutonium and MW3 don't have any lag issue so they are right. There's no way to identify anything with no information.
I'm gonna try and guess it's your internet or computer being slow/at 100% usage. Maybe cap your FPS -

steroidaddict You understand not everyone has the same PC right? This isn't console mate. Let us know what are your PC specs. If your on the Low end side then we can help with performance issues for you. If your not capable of doing that on your own. Google it or use Chatgpt to explain it to you in simple terms.
