missing server in list

IW4MAdmin is an external tool used to administrate your server.
It's not related to Plutonium/hosting a server, nor does it intervene in anything in that case.I'll put it that way. If you don't see your server then you did something wrong or you don't understand something.
I'm not gonna list all the possibilities. Just explain what you did and what your situation is.
Simple example are you on your own computer where you also play or another computer in same house or a VPS etc, I can't guess these things -
Make sure to allow the bootstrapper exe and the port (UDP) both incoming and outgoing
Also make sure the port isn't already used by another server/app -
Does your VPS has a firewall in its webinterface?
