DS Not showing up to friends

Hello.
Im having issues with my dedicated server on IW5.
Ive configured everything, .cfg file, .bat file, IW4admin (with the rcon_password), port forwarding the server port, enabled firewall the server port, and still is not working. I can join my game by "connect localhost:50" and using my ip:50, but my friend doesnt, neither by the server list or friend list or even the connect command.
But the server appears in the IW4admin server list.
Ill leave some prints of the configs, hope someone can help me. Thanks!!
(i tried with the upnp enabled too, it didnt work)

Switch to any port above 1024 and try again.

I just found out that my internet provider is cgnat on, so i'll pay for a fixed ip
hope this fix my problem -
I SOLVED!! Its working now, my server appears normally in the server list.
as i said, my internet provider has cgnat, so i talked with them to get a fixed ip, and thats it. -
