cant find file to launch/run bo2 during set up!!??

Every time I try setting up a game it brings me to files. I cannot find anything on my local disk that says plutonium.exe. "If you get this error then this means you selected your entire disk instead of the game folder." Im stuck on this part and dont understand what folder to launch the game under or where it is when my files is opened up. plutonium.exe is in my downloads not my local disk....

You need to select your BO2 folder that you downloaded on Steam. It's in steamapps
