Zombies T5 & T6 Server Disconnects

Hello people,
recently I played T5 and T6 Zombies online with friends and sadly we're getting disconnects pretty often. I had a two player game on Ascension where we got a disconnect on round 29 after 70 min playtime. On T6 we played Buried (3 Players) till round 38 and ended up with a disconnect after 158 min playtime.
Error Message: "You have been disconnected from the Call of Duty Black Ops X Server"
Are there any settings to take that minimize the risk of disconnecting?
