Please help , cant update or open the game

Hey
I used to play the game alot , after a year maybe trying to launch plutonium. Gives me an error ( failed to update ) and just a crash id that changes every time i launched it and it only allows me to open lan mode, even if i open it , doesn’t let me login gives an error ( handshake security error) and I'm sure with the credentials. The updater works on my friends pc who hasn’t play the game for a year too.Here is what i tried :
- using 3 vpns
- deleting the exe plutonium and downloading it again
- deleting every possible antivirus on the pc
- turning off the firewall even when its on made an exception for the plutonium file
Note: i tried to add the game files on a hard drive and running the game on my other pc (laptop) it works so the problem should be in my pc .
Did every possible fix , please help what can i do im about to throw the pc out of the window.

Try to manually download the updater.

Xerxes searched about this didnt find anything so can you tell me how?
