Oh I see. I am using IW4MAdmin. Does anyone know where it saves the list of admins? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Why do you need this? It's probably saved as a database row in the .db file it provides

Mush The Plutonium staff does not handle IW4MAdmin. Please try to find information about it on their wiki and server.
