I just downloaded the launcher and when I try to log in this shows up

What should I do

Either you have somehow manually downloaded an outdated launcher from some sketchy site or someone / something is trying to spy on you.
Can you try to download and run https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe ? -
