How to reset password/recover username

I haven't played in a while, and i can't remember my username or password for my client, and cannot find anywhere to reset/recover them.

I've tried recovering my account through the reset but it won't send any mail to me at all even though I know for sure that email is linked to the account because I still have the email verification from registering. Am I doing something wrong or does my account not exist for with it anymore?
